Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pickup scheduling and dispatch coordination.
• Follow up on pickup status and report delays or issues.
• Communicate with drivers and customers regarding basic pickup updates.
• Assist with pickup arrangements for key customers.
• Help handle basic pickup issues and elevate when needed.
• Maintain pickup records and update operational information.
• Support communication between warehouse, transportation, and other teams.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and peak season support.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
