Job summary

Golden Gate Regional Center seeks a Bilingual Social Worker (Spanish required) to advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and coordinate needed services. The role includes assessing client needs, developing and coordinating Individual Program Plans, and preparing timely reports while maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements.

The role is hybrid, with work at client homes in San Mateo County, the San Mateo office, and remote options, requiring strong Spanish

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals and develop/coordinate their Individual Program Plan (IPP).
• Prepare required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Advocate for services and coordinate with community resources.
• Initiate referrals and monitor vendored services.
• Participate in outreach as assigned and in committees.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state requirements.
