Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and management for the admissions staff.
• Develops admissions operations plan aligned with the division's goals.
• Ensures enrollment strategies are developed and implemented campus-wide.
• Oversees recruitment, enrollment, and orientation services.
• Develops and monitors recruitment strategies using metrics and trends.
• Plans and executes promotional events to increase enrollments and sales conversion.
• Builds relationships with local organizations and chambers of commerce.
• Mentors and evaluates admissions team performance.
