Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is hiring a Part-time in-home DIRFloortime therapist to support autistic children in New Jersey. You will work primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, with weekends optional, delivering 1:1 sessions in clients' homes within 30 minutes of your location.

Responsibilities include providing engaging DIRFloortime therapy, building trusting relationships, collecting light data on a phone or tablet, and receiving ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Professional Spanish-English bilingual communication.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, psychology, child development, etc.)
• Preferred: Experience with the DIRFloortime® model

Experience (1+ year required)

• Childcare (babysitting, daycare, preschool teacher, assistant teacher)
• Special education (educational settings, special needs)
• Developmental intervention (early intervention)
• Autism interventions (RBT/Behavioral technician, autism support specialist, ABA therapist, other DIRFloortime experience

Schedule

• We ask each employee and family to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours per day.
• Most sessions take place after school (between 3–8 PM on weekdays) and anytime on weekends.
