Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking dedicated in-home therapists to provide DIRFloortime-based, 1:1 sessions with autistic children in clients' homes across New Jersey. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with weekday afternoons and evenings, and occasional weekends.

You will build trusting relationships, track light session data on a phone or tablet, and receive ongoing supervision from credentialed therapists while enjoying supportive mentorship and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks; valid form of ID.
• Bilingual Spanish-English.

Responsibilities

• Childcare (babysitting, daycare, preschool teacher, assistant teacher)
• Special education (educational settings, special needs)
• Developmental intervention (early intervention)
• Autism interventions (RBT/Behavioral technician, autism support specialist, ABA therapist, other DIRFloortime experience

Schedule

• We ask each employee and family to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with sessions typically lasting 2–3 hours per day.
• Most sessions take place after school (between 3–8 PM on weekdays) and anytime on weekends.
