Job summary

UNCLE Credit Union is seeking a part-time, on-site member-focused professional in Livermore, CA. You will assist members via phone, chat, and email, build relationships, and educate them on products and digital tools.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months in banking or customer service, with strong communication skills and teamwork. Spanish speaking is preferred, and compensation ranges from $23 to $27 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of banking, credit union, financial services, call center, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building skills and strong verbal and written communication ability.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members through in-bound, phone, chat, and email interactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Educate members on credit union products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support account inquiries, transactions, technical support, and service requests.
• Meet service, quality, and referral goals.
• Accurately document member interactions and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding member experience.
