Job summary

CMC Productions USA Inc. seeks a Digital Creative & Event Specialist to support the president with event coordination and digital production. The role emphasizes on-site logistics, vendor coordination, guest engagement, and bridging communication between visiting executives and the internal team.

The candidate will produce digital creative assets, support basic digital marketing operations, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with travel approximately once per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese and able to communicate professionally with diverse audiences.
• 3+ years of professional experience in creative production and event planning.
• Hands-on skills in content creation and editing.
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing KPIs.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative production tasks under direction from the Creative Manager.
• Manage content quality, revisions, and final deliverables.
• Support coordination with external creative vendors.
• Lead and coordinate logistics for company events, including international media.
• Plan event prep, scheduling, venue, on-site setup, and run-of-show.
• Source, brief, and manage external vendors (venue, catering, AV, production).
• Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate guest and media communications, invitations, scheduling, and hospitality.
• Engage with guests on-site to ensure a professional experience.
• Bridge communication between visiting executives and internal teams.
• Anticipate on-site needs and adapt quickly.
• Support post-event wrap-up and lessons learned.
