Responsibilities

• Creative production tasks executed under direction from the Creative Manager.
• Manage content quality, revisions, and final deliverables.
• Support coordination with external creative vendors.
• Lead and coordinate event logistics for international media events.
• Plan preparation, scheduling, venue setup, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
• Source and manage external vendors and act as primary contact for events.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to keep events on schedule.
• Coordinate guest and media communications and on-site hospitality.
• Serve as a bridge between visiting executives and internal teams.
• Support post-event wrap-up, vendor follow-up, and reports.
