Black Flower Agency, a NYC-based experiential marketing and events agency, and a key United States business unit of global company MCI Group (www.mci-group.com ), is interviewing highly organized, energetic and self-starting candidates with a strong understanding of marketing, hospitality, events, and the luxury lifestyle sector to fulfill an Assistant Account Executive role.
This position will work with a team that delivers on a loyalty program that provides exclusive premium experiences to VIP consumers in various verticals including sports, entertainment, fashion, art, and lifestyle. Additionally, the role mayassiston luxury hospitality event andlogisticsmanagement at large-scale luxury client activations, as well as support in general administrative and office duty tasks.#LI-Hybrid
COMPENSATION: $50,000-55,000 annually, based on relevant experience and skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred
1-2+ years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, events, hospitality, marketing, agency operations, or a related field.
Strong internship experience may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred.
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel asrequiredto support events.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience with project management, event management, or collaboration tools is a plus.
Conversationalproficiencyinadditionallanguages is a plus.
Must be based in the New York City or Tri-State areas (role is in office Monday – Thursday, and remote on Friday).
Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) and work nights and weekend events as needed
