Children’s Happy Teeth in California seeks a friendly Call Center Agent to be the first voice patients hear. You will handle calls, assist with scheduling and rescheduling, and route inquiries across our Southern California offices.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, patient, tech-savvy, and eager to help families. Experience in dental or medical call centers is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued for serving diverse families.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude.
• Excellent phone etiquette — friendly, patient, and professional.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and email.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Use multiple software platforms to manage calls, calendars, and messages.
• Assist with scheduling and patient inquiries for multiple office locations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our scheduling system.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
• Work closely with office teams to ensure scheduling accuracy and positive patient experiences.
