Job summary

Camilo Riaño Orthodontics seeks a Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join our patient-centered team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage CRM while delivering outstanding service in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation with the ability to exceed patient expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Candidates must be literate in Spanish and English and will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a fast‑paced, highly interactive customer service environment and be highly computer literate.
• Experience in the dental industry with scheduling is a MUST.
