Job summary

Dental Dreams LLC in Lawrence, MA is hiring a Receptionist to schedule appointments, assist with operations, and deliver excellent customer service. We offer training through an OJT program for those pursuing Dental Assistant roles, and a benefits package including insurance, PTO, 401K, and free dental care at our locations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, verifying benefits, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient records in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Receptionist experience is a plus.
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and meet monthly/daily goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check in patients.
• Verify dental benefits accurately and collect payments.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations as needed.
• Pull charts for future appointments and keep a clean office environment.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.
