Qualifications

• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft preferred.
• Part-time availability with rotating Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with team with strong communication.
• Schedule patient appointments to meet monthly goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check in patients.
• Verify dental benefits accurately.
• Maintain detailed patient records.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Submit claims and pre-authorizations to insurers.
• Pull charts for future appointments.
• Maintain a clean, professional office.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.
