Job summary

Dental Dreams LLC in Lawrence, MA is hiring a Receptionist to schedule appointments, assist with operations, and deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Receptionist experience is a plus.
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and meet monthly/daily goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check in patients.
• Verify dental benefits accurately and collect payments.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations as needed.
• Pull charts for future appointments and keep a clean office environment.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.

The Role: Dental Dreams LLC in Lawrence, MA, is now hiring Receptionists to join our talented and dedicated team. This position will be focused on scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing excellent customer service. We are also interested in training those seeking to become Dental Assistants in our On-The-Job-Trained (OJT) Program!

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify dental benefits
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
