Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling.

• Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate specialist referrals.
• Maintain patient records and accounts.

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.
