You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, and assist with insurance questions and treatment planning in a fast-paced dental office.

The role requires strong communication, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with the call center.

• Previous experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator or in a dental front office/call center
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Experience with dental insurance and patient benefits
