Family Smiles LLC in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Front Desk to join our dental team. You will manage scheduling, greet patients, verify benefits, collect payments, and support office operations.

This full-time role offers competitive pay and weekend availability; experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus. We value excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) required or preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience (preferred).
• Full Time + Saturday Availability (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
• Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals
• Answer phones and confirm appointments
• Greet and check-in patients
• Accurately verify dental benefits
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
• Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
