Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Customer service experience.
• Dental receptionist experience preferred.
• Full-time availability with rotating Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with monthly goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check in patients.
• Verify dental benefits and maintain patient records.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional office environment.
• Explain treatment plans to patients.
