Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls in English and Spanish and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Build rapport, address patient concerns, and guide callers toward scheduling; explain common dental procedures.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately.
• Proactively contact inactive patients to re-engage and book care; follow up on treatment plans.
• Address routine scheduling questions; maintain accurate patient information and records.
