Responsibilities

• Schedule patients to optimize doctor and staff time.
• Verify Medicaid status and last claim date for 6-month checks from CMIS.
• Assist school children during dental visits (radiographs, rooms, forms).
• Explain dental visits to parents and emphasize follow-up treatments.
• Follow up with parents about missed appointments.
• Create spreadsheets showing appointment patterns.
