Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience as a legal secretary.
• Bilingual Spanish & English required.
• Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service with clients.
• Typing speed of at least 65 WPM and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Type, edit, e-File pleadings and draft correspondence.
• Heavy scheduling for depositions, hearings, CMEs, meetings, etc.
