You will contact debtors via phone, mail, or email, assess financial situations, review disputes, and collaborate with clients to resolve delinquencies. Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle 80+ calls per day with professionalism.
• Negotiation to collect payment or arrange settlements.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging conversations while staying compliant.
• Strong time management and organization to meet quotas and deadlines.
• Experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call centers preferred.
• Basic math and writing skills; data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contact debtors by phone, mail, or email to collect payments or resolve issues.
• Assess debtor's financial situation and review contracts/documents.
• Review disputes and work toward resolutions or escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, support reps, and sales teams to resolve delinquencies.
• Maintain professionalism, comply with laws and internal guidelines.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly phone activity and fee quotas.
