Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external contacts and follow up on those contacts.
• Maintain files according to corporate policies.
• File receiving and shipping documents.
• Enter data into spreadsheets for processing by the Custom’s department.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with inspections and general clerical duties.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized at all times.
• Stage materials and packaging per warehouse instructions.
• Record reports as required.
