Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and architectures across MXDR, EDR/XDR, SASE/ZTNA, Email Security, SSPM/DSPM, Password Management, Brand Protection, and Security Awareness solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design engagements.
• Hands-on experience conducting PoCs, product evaluations, and technical demonstrations.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, BOMs, technical proposals, scope documents, and Statements of Work.
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP responses and technical proposal development.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
• Professional-level communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and scoping discussions with prospective and existing customers.
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures across cybersecurity domains (MXDR, EDR/XDR, SASE/ZTNA, Email Security, SSPM/DSPM).
• Plan, configure, and lead PoC engagements and product demonstrations; define evaluation criteria and success metrics.
• Develop solution architecture diagrams, BOMs, technical scope documents, and high-level effort estimates.
• Contribute technical content to RFI/RFP responses and customer-facing quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendor teams; stay updated on roadmaps and trends.
• Provide seamless pre-sales to delivery handover; document scope, risks, and requirements.
• Support sales enablement through templates, collateral, and training; assist go-to-market initiatives.
