Job summary

Too Good To Go is on a mission to empower everyone to fight food waste. Our marketplace connects businesses with unsold surplus food to consumers at a fraction of retail value, and we operate as a certified B Corporation.

We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish) for a part-time, fully remote role within Texas. Core days are Sunday–Tuesday, 10–20 hours weekly, with shifts 9am–1pm and 1pm–4/5pm.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Part-time 10–20 hours per week with potential to increase.
• Experience with CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You are the main point of contact for Too Good To Go users, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email and chat.
• Handle priority situations with a high level of care and work closely with the wider CX team to resolve user issues
• Act as a brand ambassador in all your communications with our users
• Understand and communicate our users' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally
• Utilize the knowledge base and wider CX communication channels to ensure accurate responses
