Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish) for a part-time, fully remote role within Texas. You will respond to inquiries via email and chat, act as a brand ambassador, and collaborate with the CX team to resolve issues.

The role requires 10–20 hours per week, strong communication skills, and experience with CRMs. Training and equipment are provided; a home office stipend is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role is required.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Ability to commit to 10–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet KPIs.
• Team player who helps others and resolves conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for Too Good To Go users via email and chat.
• Handle priority situations with care and coordinate with CX team.
• Act as a brand ambassador in all user communications.
• Understand users' needs and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Utilize knowledge base and CX channels to provide accurate responses.
