Logisnext Americas Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Dealer Support Representative in Grand Rapids, MI to provide top-tier support to dealer networks.

You will handle inquiries via tickets, email, phone, or chat, manage orders and backorders, and collaborate with Sales to ensure dealers have the resources they need. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 2–7 years of experience, and strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries via tickets in an online CRM ticketing system, email, phone, or chat, providing accurate information and updates.
• Manage all order-related administration and assist dealers with parts/backorders or route to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to foster a positive experience and provide ongoing support and materials for dealers.
• Test new features on dealer-facing websites and document standard operating procedures for streamlined support.
