Job summary

Guidehouse in San Antonio, TX is seeking a customer care professional to support loan product applications. This role involves engaging with customers to understand interest, guiding them through the completion of loan paperwork, and ensuring accuracy for timely processing.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; bilingual Spanish is required. Office hours are 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of experience or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of diploma/GED.
• 0-2+ years working within business, finance, application review or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish
• PC skills in Windows, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand interest in loan products and guide completion of loan paperwork.
• Provide guidance related to loan applications and necessary documentation.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with a focus on participant satisfaction.
• Manage workload with provided tools and resources while maintaining accuracy.
