Job summary

Synchrony is a leading consumer financing company inviting applications for a Customer Service Representative. This remote role requires you to reside within 60 minutes or 60 miles of 45069 for occasional in-person trainings and engagements.

You’ll handle inbound calls, deliver exceptional service, manage customer data, resolve inquiries, and build strong customer relationships while working in a supportive virtual environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ months of customer service experience (any setting) within the last 7 years.
• Ability to operate in a virtual environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
