Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluent in both languages, verbal and written.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to listen actively and respond.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate customer support across phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries with first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer information in ERP and CRM systems.
• Provide product and account support, including pricing and order status.
