Job summary

Coloplast seeks a Customer Engagement & Sales specialist in Canada. The role focuses on managing inbound/outbound calls, order entry and processing, and technical product support to deliver excellent service.

Hybrid work applies to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area with in-office days per week. Responsibilities include developing sales leads, driving DtC marketing plans, maintaining records, and cross-functional collaboration with Logistics and Accounting to ensure order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in customer service, inside sales or healthcare support.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French.
• Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales leads throughout the customer journey.
• Proactively contact customers to introduce new products and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers through direct leads, cold calls, and referrals.
