Qualifications

• Bilingual ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is highly desirable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer support for customers contacting the Customer Support Center.
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure service level commitments are achieved and the customer is communicated to proactively throughout the process.
• Build internal/external relationships through exceptional problem solving skills and consistent follow-through.
• Involved in problem resolution by effectively communicating with other departments and the customer.
• Educate customers on company products and services.
• Ensure all interactions with customers are professional and courteous.
• Support customer needs in a timely and consistent manner and model exemplary customer service behaviors.
• Meet performance targets and Customer Service team goals.
