Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Charlotte to manage daily warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory, and equipment readiness for delivery. You will supervise staff, review data reports, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a HS diploma, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, and strong organizational and computer skills. Lift requirements and physical duties are part of the job; a forklift cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Inventory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Highly organized and computer literate.
• Shipping and receiving experience required.
• Ability to lift 35–100 lbs and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse department, shipping & receiving, inventory and storage of equipment.
• Assign tasks as needed for proper scheduling, installation and delivery – may include supervising building or rebuilding of machines.
• Review, analyze, and create reports as needed.
• Ensure equipment is ready for delivery to customers based on the daily scheduler (including supervising unpacking, installing and assembling required parts).
• Recruit, hire, and manage the assigned team.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment including fork trucks, jacks and delivery vehicles.
• Monitor warehouse budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.

Overview

Hours: Monday thru Friday - 6:00am - 2:00pm

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse department, shipping & receiving, inventory and storage of equipment

• Monitor warehouse budget
• Ensure that all work performed with the warehouse complies with government safety regulations and company safety policies

What we’re looking for

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year minimum Warehouse experience
• Forklift certification a plus
• Inventory Experience in a warehouse setting
• Higly organized
• Computer literate
• Shipping and receiving experience required
• Laundry machine preparation experience preferred
• Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment to include: being able to lift 35-100lbs, frequent squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching overhead, holding and maneuvering tools or service parts weighing 20-50lbs, and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related) and/or relevant military experience
• Push and pull hand carts loaded with washers and/or dryers machines
