Japanese speaking and writing skills are highly preferred but not required. The schedule is on-site, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a guaranteed bonus twice a year and a salary around $60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, inventory management, or customer service preferred.
• Japanese speaking and writing skills are highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professional communication.
• Provide product information including pricing, availability, and technical specs.
• Coordinate invoices, shipping documents, and daily shipping plans with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and logs; support sales and service teams with product info.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues to ensure on-time deliveries and cost control.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations; verify records against databases.
