Job summary

Mac Papers + Packaging is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Associate to join the Customer Success team. You will serve as the primary internal contact for assigned customers and support outside salespeople, delivering a knowledgeable, customer-first experience.

You will manage quotes and orders via phone, email, and ERP/CRM, build relationships with key contacts, and coordinate with procurement for bespoke items while guiding onboarding and platform usage.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in customer service, inside sales, or customer success.
• Experience with paper, packaging, or wide format products preferred.
• Proven communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal contact for a set of assigned customers and support a team of outside salespeople.
• Build trusted relationships with key contacts to understand needs and service expectations.
• Perform customer support duties via phone, email, chat, and other tools.
• Process quotes, orders, returns, and credits in the ERP/CRM systems accurately.
• Monitor order status, backorders, and shipments to ensure timely fulfillment.
