Job summary

Mac Papers + Packaging, a member of the Customer Success organization, seeks a Customer Success Associate to join a commercial team working with account managers, strategic accounts, and white-glove segments.

You will build trusted relationships, support the sales process, manage quotes and orders in the ERP system, and provide product information via phone, email, and chat to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in customer service, inside sales, or customer success.
• Experience with paper, packaging, or wide format products.
• Excellent people and relationship skills.
• Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, service management, and contact center technologies.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal contact for assigned customers and support outside sales.
• Build trusted relationships and understand customer needs.
• Provide product information and explain benefits via phone, email, chat.
• Process quotes, orders, returns, and credits in ERP.
• Monitor order status, backorders, and shipments for timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sourcing for bespoke items and equipment.
• Onboard new customers and guide through credit approval.
• Provide guidance on ordering platforms and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to showcase full portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to expand purchases across product lines.
