ManpowerGroup is seeking a Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent in Irving, TX to join a pilot program focused on outbound calls, lead routing, and CRM updates. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and follow-through to move leads forward.

The position requires bilingual Spanish (priority), a background in sales or customer service, and the ability to manage high-volume follow-up with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is required; priority for Spanish-speaking support.
• Sales or customer service background with stable job history.
• Strong pipeline/lead management with high-volume follow-up and CRM updates.
• Experience supporting scheduling, documentation collection, and underwriting or contract validation (preferred).
• Comfort using Excel and maintaining manual tracking when systems are limited.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls focusing on personality, communication, curiosity, and customer service.
• Triaging retail leads and contacting customers to confirm business need during pilot.
• Route confirmed leads to sales consultants and provide detailed referral notes for handoff.
• Maintain pipeline by tracking contact attempts, scheduling calls, and updating CRM statuses.
• Participate in weekly feedback sessions to evaluate and adjust the pilot for better conversion outcomes.
