Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR I) in Irving, TX, starting at $21/hr. You will be the primary contact for service requests, delivering professional, warm interactions and applying a consultative approach to present our waste management solutions.

Responsibilities include handling daily communications, actively listening, and collaborating with a team to meet call center goals. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage various systems for reporting and case management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly.
• Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs.
• Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of CSR professionals to achieve overall call center objectives and exceed customer expectations.
