Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new customer service requests to determine cause and address.
• Contact builder representatives to schedule appointments within 24 hours of receipt.
• Verify material availability and estimate repair timelines.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Create work orders and coordinate with production to track costs.
• Prepare quotes and invoices within 24 hours of request.
