Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead at the Kenosha, WI location. The role focuses on coaching bilingual reps, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and driving improvements in service standards. This on-site position offers growth potential and a strong benefits package.

You will oversee training, handle escalations, and support the team with policies, performance metrics, and daily customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency) required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop bilingual representatives in product knowledge, policies, and performance metrics.
• Review interactions to evaluate quality and provide coaching.
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions for updates and training.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly support.
