SMI is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Surge Representative to work from home in a full-time role targeting complex child support inquiries. You will resolve questions from parents, legal representatives, and state officials while ensuring compliance with Title IV-D and privacy regulations.

A strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork is essential. The role demands a high school diploma with 2+ years in service delivery or call centers, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in service delivery or customer service or call center tech.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Proficiency with Windows programs (Word/Excel) and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and resolve inquiries from custodial and non-custodial parents, legal representatives, and state officials.
• Research cases and perform financial assessments.
• Clarify enforcement actions such as income withholding or license suspensions.
• Assist with paternity and case initiation processes.
• Provide updates on modification statuses and document member information.
• Process requests for state forms and document actions in the state system.
• Provide updates to customers on incident status.
