Tradewind Aviation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor based in San Juan, PR. You will support the San Juan Station Manager, oversee staff and services, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and service quality.

The role requires coordinating between shifts, training personnel, and managing staffing to meet flight dispatch needs. Ideal candidates will have a BS in business/management, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency,

• BS degree in business and/or management is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish.
