Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries regarding destinations, pricing, times, and directions with outstanding customer service.
• Handle cash management and comply with cash handling procedures.
• Operate cash register and credit card equipment.
• Process ticket orders via telephone, internet, and over the counter.
• Close the terminal with cash deposits and sales reporting.
• Maintain professional relationships with partnering retail agencies.
• Prepare required documentation for transactions with partners.
• Daily reporting of tickets sold and cash collected.
