Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and staying updated on product features while maintaining high store standards. These specialists aim to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
Job duties include contact with customers, which may involve minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised, and a criminal history review is required to protect the company's operations, reputation, and safety of all stakeholders.
The selected individual will work at stores within a 30-mile radius of #1565 at 77 Eastern Blvd., Canandaigua, NY 14424; #1256 at 599 West Union Street, Newark, NY 14513; and #1469 at 520 Hamilton Street, Geneva, NY 14556.
