Job description

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining high store standards. The role involves engaging with customers, handling cash and payment methods, and accessing sensitive store items, requiring a criminal history review for safety and security reasons.

The selected individual will work at stores within a 30-mile radius of #5360 located at 2315 West Ridge Rd. Rochester, NY 14626 and other specified locations. Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodations
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products or operating tinting equipment
