Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Shifts randomly assigned, can fall anywhere from 7 AM to 9 PM Central Time, Sunday through Saturday (40-hour, 5-day work week, Central Time zone preferred)
Calculated Hire is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from internal and external sales agents via phone in their Health Insurance contact center. The ideal candidate will interact professionally and efficiently, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, listening, and phone etiquette skills. Proficiency in using computer resources to provide accurate and helpful responses is essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in both English and Spanish.
- Support sales agents through inbound calls and live chats regarding Medicare products.
- Follow communication scripts during SOA and eligibility calls to ensure compliance.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of eligibility requirements, special elections, Medicare info, and HRA support.
- Verify Medicare information to determine if potential members qualify for our plans.
- Respond professionally and courteously to all customers.
- Participate in meetings and committees as needed.
- Balance work between calls and live chat activities.
- Value diversity in the workplace.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all matters, including PHI information.
- Engage in live chats for eligibility verification only.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
