Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) Keyholder

Join Sherwin-Williams as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) Keyholder. This role involves working closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions.

Customer Service Specialists are responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining the store's visual standards. They aim to deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and recommending products
• Build trust relationships with customers
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Achieve sales goals regularly
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory control
• Pull products, tint, and mix as needed
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Assist with deliveries and load/unload trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Experience selling paint or operating tinting equipment
