Join to apply for the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) role at Sherwin-Williams.

This role involves working closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Customer Service Specialists are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure high client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain store standards. The position also requires achieving sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires contact with customers, access to cash and personal information, and supervision or unsupervised access to store merchandise and equipment. A criminal history review is part of the hiring process to ensure safety and protect company operations.

The selected individual will work within 11 miles of Store #5412, located at 244 Grove Street, Braintree, MA 02184-7299.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and presenting products
  • Build trust relationships with customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Achieve sales goals regularly
  • Maintain work order files and inventory procedures
  • Pull products, tint and mix as needed, stock shelves, and set up displays
  • Clean store equipment and assist with deliveries
  • Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and stay knowledgeable about products
  • Suggest sales improvements
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legal authorization to work without sponsorship
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Experience selling paint and related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
