Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a customer service professional to serve in the Bank’s Customer Service Center. You will resolve questions, assist with account openings/closings, deposits, and other banking needs while upholding privacy and professional standards.

You will handle calls, maintain relationships with customers and management, and strive to meet call quality goals in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree/Two years of related experience and/or training.
• Preferred knowledge of the Bank products, services, and policies/procedures.
• 1 year Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide excellent service.
• Assist customers with opening/closing accounts and deposits.
• Explain bank products and services to customers and assist with financial needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and management.
• Keep work area clean and ensure customer privacy.
