5th HQ, a growing pharmaceutical company, seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our Miramar team. You will handle customer inquiries and order processing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1 year of customer service experience minimum.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.
• Track shipments and provide order status updates to clients.
• Communicate with internal departments (warehouse, quality control, accounting) to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in managing client accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Ensure all communications comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.
